If you experience a problem with GrowOff, please report it to us here:

  1. In the GrowOff-app, press “Support” in the bottom menu

  2. Go to “Report a problem” / “Rapportera ett problem”

  3. Choose between the three categories under “What can we help you with”:

    • Report a bug

    • Suggest improvements

    • Other questions

  4. Add your feedback and press send!

We will read all reports that come in, but unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to respond to them one by one. If you need immediate help, call your customer contact.
